The Branch is always in need of volunteers to help with welfare matters, fund raising and in the shop.
The branch is run by a committee of trustees (minimum 7, maximum 14 people) who are responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the branch and its delivery of animal welfare, safeguarding the assets and funds and setting policies.
We are keen to attract people who care about animals to become trustees so we can secure the future of the Branch and continue our vital animal welfare work in the Huddersfield area.
If this is a role which would be of interest please contact either the Chairman Tim Bray or Secretary Anne Lucas as per details on the contact list to find out more.
Other areas in which we welcome volunteers are:
Helping in the shop sorting goods, pricing goods, displaying goods and, of course, selling goods.
